1st day of training rather warm for hedges

First thermal winding for ones and some effleurage of the hedges for others during this first day of Jura training rather toughin for the monitors.

After a few theoretical reminders and the digestion of the noon sauerkraut, everyone knew to take off cleanly in the late afternoon.
